We do not offer refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. We are only able to offer refunds in cases where items are faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly advertised. In some cases, we may be able to offer a store credit for the purchase price less delivery fee if a product is returned unmarked and in its original packaging. However a restocking fee of $25.00 per item will apply.
Please email us via sales@babychangestations.com.au to arrange a Return Authorisation as returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. All returns will be checked before the store credit is issued. Return postage is at your expense.
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (which demonstrates reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.
If a refund is indicated, and a credit card was used, we will credit the appropriate amount back to the credit card.
SHIPPING POLICY
Baby Change Stations may choose to use different agents for delivering products. Our delivery agents include Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and others who can provide the most efficient delivery choices and time frames throughout Australia and Overseas. As delivery requires a signature, any shipping addresses specified must be to a road side address. P.O. Boxes are NOT allowed.
Delivery costs include Insurance, Track & Trace and Signature on Delivery
